The meaning and development of innovative education were re-understood.Teaching methods,practice teaching and evaluation methods of innovative education for Food Technology were studied.The effective methods to enhance the effect of innovation education for Food Technology were to use interactive self-teaching model,strengthen the practice in workshops,research training and scientific and technical innovation,and make use of three levels of course evaluation system.
