Research on Strengthening Manpower Resource Management in Physical Education Institutions of Higher Learning and Construction of Qualified Personnel for Sports Science and Technology Innovation

To build the three way integration base-the integrative base of teaching, scientific research and training and to establish an university of the first grade in the world is essentially to transfer in and train high level qualified personnel of science and technology. Therefore, how to effectively attract and train qualified personnel for sports science and technology innovation is the key to the determination of the success or failure in the great war of scrambling talents. On the basis of analyzing and summing up the experiences of the current personnel administration in Beijing University of Physical Education, the concept of manpower resource management was introduced and 7 suggestions were put forward for the transferring in and training of talents for Beijing University of Physical Education in future.
