The Countermeasure Research of Training the Innovation Talents for Educational Technology in Minority Concentrated Region

The article did a survey by questionnaire on the western part of Education Technology at colleges and universities of our country, and carry on the research analysis from the professional curriculum, training goals teaching and other aspects,and exploring the ways how to cultivate students' innovation consciousness and abilities in which information for the characteristics of the era of economy knowledge. It's trying to find a suitable way for the western area characteristic of the specialty of Education Technology in the cultivation of innovative talents.
