This qualitative study explores the critical role of technology education in fostering innovation and facilitating technology transfer as a means of promoting sustainable development. Against the backdrop of rapid technological change and global sustainability imperatives, the research investigates how educational institutions contribute to bridging the gap between research and industrial application. Drawing on in-depth interviews with educators, industry leaders, and policymakers, the study identifies key barriers and opportunities in aligning technology education curricula with emerging technological trends. The findings underscore the importance of integrated curriculum design, practical training, and cross-sectoral collaboration in enhancing the efficacy of technology education. The study concludes with policy and institutional recommendations aimed at strengthening the contribution of technology education to long-term sustainable growth.
