The difference is obvious between the east thinking and western thinking in essence.For that matter,the education technology theories and practice of our country are impossible to completely copy abroad,and have been to carry out the localization innovation based on the own race special features in drawing lessons from abroad theories and practice.Therefore,based on the Chinese traditional thinking,to carry out the localization innovation of education technology theories and practice particularly to construct the education technology view of approaching ‘Tao’ by the technique ,and to investigate the mechanism and path of the tacit knowledge sharing and innovation,are very significant and valuable in theory and practice research.
