The research of peer education system in the science and technology innovation activities of medical college freshmen

Objective:In this paper,through the exploration and practice of peer education system on Medical Students' innovative activities of science and technology,we analyzed the scientific nature,universality and operability of peer education system.In the field of medical new technology innovation,peer education system with unique advantages complements with traditional education methods and transforms the traditional one-way mode of education into a mutual mode.The establishment of peer education system plays an important role in fully exploring the advantages of special students,integrating school and social resources,and promoting medical students to become a useful adult.
