New Strategies of Autonomous Innovation of Higher Education

Higher education is the source of new knowledge,new technology and new ideas,which is involved with many issues in the construction of innovative nation.In order to implement new strategies of autonomous innovation and ensure the products of innovation,the following points must be paid attention to: fully realizing the key role played by higher education in the system of the national knowledge innovation;promoting the integration of basic research and application research;emphasizing the work division and cooperation in the autonomous innovation;reforming the management of scientific research in universities.
